Welcome to All Saints’ Church Creeksea. This is a vibrant church with a wide family of church members from babies to grandparents.
We provide opportunities to worship for everyone, offering services for toddlers and parents, older families, those who like the traditions of the Book of Common Prayer as well as modern language communion services. We have a wonderful choir organised by our Director of Music, Adrienne Smith. Come and hear them at our monthly Choral Evensong services.
You’ll find us on the eastern edge of Burnham on the north bank of the River Crouch in south east Essex. We’re part of the Maldon & Dengie Deanery of the Diocese of Chelmsford in the Church of England.
From Sunday 12th of July the church is again open for public worship. Because of the Corona Virus regulations there will be only one service each Sunday at 10.15am. This will alternate between morning prayer on the first and third Sundays of the month and family services on the second and third Sunday. This follows our usual pattern of worship. An opportunity for communion in one kind will be offered each Sunday in a shortened service after the main service for those members of the congregation who wish to receive. This pattern will continue until restrictions are eased and the PCC has decided on the pattern of services for the future.
During the lockdown there have been daily posts of a prayer and a thought for the day. These will continue for the next few weeks and can be accessed them from the menu above.
The following pages will tell you more about All Saints and the Parish of Creeksea. We are revising and adding to our Website regularly so please keep in touch.
